Making A Purchase:
Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
Before placing an order via our shop, if you are unsure or need any further information please contact via email or telephone, where we will be happy to help you. When you shop on our website, please enter all the personal information which is required by the customer to be correct. We promise to treat all your personal information as confidential.
Shipping and Handling:
Smaller items will be sent via Royal Mail 1st Class or for more bulky items will be sent via FedEx where a signature is required upon delivery – a tracker number will be given if requested. All items must be paid for in full before leaving. Collection in person is free of charge. If your item/s is damaged upon delivery, please contact asap via email or telephone on: 01406 425138
If any items have been ordered incorrectly, we are happy to send you the correct part providing that an arrangement has been made between both parties, we do not charge any extra re-stocking fee, but are unable to refund any postage costs. All prices shown on our website are inclusive of VAT at 20%

Returns Policy:
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
You are entitled to cancel your order within 7 working days of receiving your order for a full refund, providing we have been notified. You can contact us by email, telephone or writing quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid back into your account within 30 days. All goods returned back to us at Extreme Quads Ltd at your own cost. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault – for example if goods are faulty or misdescribed.
Any goods returned should be in saleable condition and unused.
